These biases, conscious and unconscious, impact relationships with colleagues and the experiences consumers have with your brand. Dr. Hadiya Roderique, Journalist, Lawyer, and Diversity and Inclusion Advocate, shares her experience of being Black on Bay Street and the emotional and personal impact of bias. Dr. Roderique will also discuss the resulting narrow pipeline, the impact of certain groups not being recognized, and the change needed for large scale shifts.
